Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after [cutoff time] or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Carrier and Delivery
All orders ship via FedEx, with available service levels shown at checkout. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are supplied by FedEx and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Because we ship exclusively via FedEx, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with international shipping addresses cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service level.
Product Stability in Transit
Lyophilized research compounds are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of standard transit times and do not require cold-chain shipping. Upon receipt, store all products according to the specifications listed on the product’s certificate of analysis. Storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Purchasers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipments returned as undeliverable due to an address error are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy (reshipment at purchaser’s expense, or refund less original shipping).
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at [contact email] within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Claims are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy — in verified cases of loss or damage, we will reship the affected items or issue a refund at no cost to you.
