All Sales Final on Research Compounds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of research compounds are final. Once a product has left our facility, its storage conditions and integrity can no longer be verified, and it cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns of any research compound, whether opened or unopened.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of every product we ship: no vial you receive from Oracle Compound has ever been in another customer’s possession.
Replacements and Refunds
We will make it right, at no cost to you, if any of the following occurs:
- Damaged in transit — the product or packaging arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise compromised
- Defective product — a verifiable defect in the product as shipped
- Incorrect item — you received a different product or quantity than ordered
- Lost shipment — your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or has not arrived within a reasonable period past the expected delivery date
In these cases, our first remedy is a replacement shipment of the affected items. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the affected items to your original payment method.
How to File a Claim
Report any issue within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost shipments) by contacting [contact email] with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- For damage or incorrect-item claims, photos of the products and packaging received.
Claims submitted after the 7-day window may be declined. We respond to all claims within 2 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, this policy governs and cancellation is no longer possible.
Undeliverable and Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or is refused at delivery, we will offer reshipment at the purchaser’s expense or a refund of the product cost less original shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times beyond that point depend on your bank or card issuer.
